Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of purchase or receiving the product.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns apply only under the following conditions:

  • Eligible claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund based on Cosmativ’s discretion.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products such as opened skincare, makeup, lipsticks, makeup brushes, or sponges due to hygiene concerns.
  • Products with seals or packaging that has been tampered with.
  • Gift purchases, unless the items meet the damaged, broken, or dried-out criteria during transit.
  • Sale items, promotional products, or items purchased with coupons.
  • Items claimed to be inauthentic or fake—our products are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized wholesalers and manufacturers.

Exclusions

Allergic reactions to products are not covered under our return policy. We recommend performing a patch test before use.

Returns based on “change of mind,” dislike of product color, or other subjective reasons are not accepted.

Additional Return Conditions

The item being returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid purchase receipt.

The refund/store credit will match the original price paid if the item was purchased during a sale or with a coupon.

Store Credit Policy

Any store credit issued as part of a return must be used within 30 days; otherwise, the voucher or credit becomes invalid.

Return Shipping Costs

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days after Cosmativ inspects and approves the return.
