1. Order Placement and Payment

• We accept credit cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, and Easypaisa (where available).
• Orders above PKR 4,000 qualify for free shipping, except sale items.

2. Order Cancellations and Modifications

• Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Please contact customer support promptly.
• Sale items and customized orders cannot be canceled.

3. Delivery and Shipping Policy

• Free shipping is offered for orders over PKR 4,000 (excluding sale items).
• Standard shipping charges apply to orders below this threshold.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Cosmativ is not liable for delays caused by shipping partners or unforeseen circumstances.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided during checkout.

5. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
